What the crows speak
reek of unseen flashbacks -
'black nacht, KKK meet,
my grand pop erases
his blood roots in reverse double helix;
sent to moon, he lifts his foot
for the sake of the history,
and what a hoot, the pennon of all glory
trembles in an will-o'-wisp wind;
a camp of condensed contempt,
my grand pop jostles my grand pop
to the chamber of gas, not before
extracting the shines from his teeth;
he could have lived to see
metal rolling in to reign the other metal,
and mettle remains insane.
What the crows caw
they've been saying for centuries.
