At age 7, Lori wrote a letter to President Nixon, making the national press, declaring he was a lousy president and concluding with “I might want to president some day but not like you and I think you know why.” At age 10, her first poem: “I am a person, hear me, see me.” Currently, you can find her writing clinical notes on her clients at her psychotherapy practice, spending time with her two Golden Retrievers wondering if Pearl will ever learn to go on a walk without dislocating Lori’s arm, and sending loving-vibes to her grown sons. In addition to reading and writing now and then, she is currently editing her spouse’s book. Lori holds hope that a woman could be president someday.
