Good people of America, the rest of our global village,
it is impeachment time.
Or at least, it has begun.
The wheels, the cogs, the gears of progress are turning.
And I am here, ringside (in spirit), by the T.V., watching.
Impeachment time. Follow the line back to the corruption.
Stinking trails left behind by cronies— by those who assumed that
everything would fall into place, for them.
“Only the best people!”
Really, Donald?
I think you may have been stretching The Truth,
if you, the people, can believe it.
Mud-slinging degenerates into bitter name-calling.
They are falling all over themselves to conceal the wrongs
of The Man Up Top— the man who should have been keeping
this nation’s best interests in mind
instead of clocking dollars by the truckload,
renting rooms to diplomats & dignitaries, oligarchs, billionaires, heads of state.
The People, they wished to “shake up the system”.
Well, they got their wish, times 10.
Can we PLEASE not do that again?
Ambassador Taylor, chargé d’affaires for Ukraine
went up to descriptively explain
why the security of that country is important to our interests,
and that Russia has been at war, with Ukraine.
Russia? But aren’t they our best friend in the world?
Nyet.
They are up to their old tricks.
Invading and conspiring— utilizing underhanded tactics and subterfuge.
Poor President Zelenski.
So many meetings, calls,
so many suspicious actions taken by Trump’s office.
Quid pro quo.
